What do I do if the equipment does not work?
Contact our customer service, phone 020 730 5333 or [email protected] and we will contact you as soon as possible to eliminate the problem. Our response time in fault situations is approx. 12 hours, taking into account the criticality of the fault situation.
What is the payment term?
The payment term is 14 days net. We bill our services monthly.
How do I measure the right solution?
The sizing of the equipment is essentially influenced by the property's size and previous consumption history. Based on this, we ensure an adequate system at any given time and take responsibility for it.
Can the service really include everything for this price?
Our service includes everything from design to maintenance and repairs. It is really easy for the customer to calculate his own fixed expenses without any surprises.
How is the residual value determined?
So that the total cost of the device is divided according to the technical lifetime of the device by the number of months mentioned in the contract terms. Each monthly service fee reduces the residual value. The residual value is therefore lower the longer the contract has been in force.
How can the contract be terminated?
The contract can be terminated at any time. Upon termination of the contract, the residual value is paid.
How long is the contract?
The contract is valid for an indefinite period and can be terminated at any time during the contract period.
How long is the hardware warranty?
We are fully responsible for the equipment while the contract is valid.
How long does it take to install?
The aim is to carry out the installation work at the site within one working day, depending on the size of the property. We try to keep the water and heat outage as short as possible, if necessary, we implement temporary heating with an electric boiler.
What is the customer's responsibility?
In the air heat pump solution, the customer is only responsible for vacuuming the filter about 2-3 times a year.
What does continuous service include?
The content of the service is comprehensive; it includes design, installation, maintenance and repairs during the contract period, as well as consultation and guidance on the use of the device.
